Cecilia Rios

Environmental Event Specialist

Cecilia is a recent graduate from Georgetown University, where she earned a Master of Science in Environmental Business Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Baylor University, with minors in Business Administration and Earth Science. As an Environmental Event Specialist, she supports the EPA’s CERCLA Education Center (CEC) through the development and delivery of large-scale training courses across all 10 EPA regions. Outside of work, she is the co-host of Sustainability Defined, a podcast that explores diverse sustainability topics through interviews with industry experts. Through the podcast, she aims to make sustainability concepts accessible, engaging, and actionable for listeners. In her free time, she enjoys reading, making juice, practicing yoga, and visiting the pandas at the National Zoo.
