Virginia Vichi-Miller

As an Environmental Communications & Event Specialist at EMS, Inc, Virginia contributes to community involvement initiatives, brownfields projects, graphic design needs, and event planning and facilitation.

Virginia's interest in the relationship between humans and the environment led her to study environmental anthropology, where she cemented her love of science communication after researching experiences of environmental change on a small coastal community. After working as a Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Research and Development, she was happy to continue this career path with EMS, Inc. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, wildlife-spotting, and being on the water.
