Poster Presentation Information
Poster presentations and exhibits will be featured during the Wednesday evening, October 8, poster and exhibition session. Posters and exhibits will be on display in the Crystal Ballroom from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and poster presenters will be expected to attend their display from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM to discuss their presentation material and answer questions.
Poster presenters must register for the conference on the registration website, as individuals (US$475). Additionally, poster presenters are to submit their abstracts by filling in the abstract submission form which can be accessed via the Call for Abstracts webpage on this website. The respective session subcommittees will select a limited number of submitted abstracts for platform presentation. Accepted abstracts not selected for platform presentation will be assigned a space for poster presentation. Authors who do not want their abstract to be considered for platform presentation must indicate “For Poster Only” at the beginning of their abstract.
Your poster must fit within the dimensions 4 X 8 feet (or 121 x 242 cm). Please follow the instructions for the preparation of a manuscript in preparing your no more than 3-page summary of your poster presentation.
